Atta’a by Aisha Jewels (Giving in Arabic) is one of the charitable initiatives launched annually by the Aisha Jewels Group of Companies in celebration of the holy month of Ramadan.
In the middle of each year, the Community Service team at Aisha Jewels selects a new noble cause for the following year through an in-depth study of charitable programs offered by leading local humanitarian organizations. The team focuses on programs that have not received sufficient donations and believe that Aisha Jewels can present them better.
Our designer, Aysha Abdulmalek, designs new, Limited-Edition, pieces of which only a limited quantity is produced exclusively for each campaign. The new design is showcased to the company’s customers and followers on social media during the campaign ten days period which is usually two months before Ramadan, to allow enough lead time for the pieces to be produced and delivered during the holy month.
Aisha Jewels donates 50% of the proceeds from each Atta’a campaign through a collaboration with a leading humanitarian institution. The total proceeds of the Atta’a campaigns since its relaunch in its new format in 2021 have reached $650,000 USD, and half of this amount has been donated to support three noble objectives as outlined below.
Additionally, Aisha Jewels provides various incentives during each campaign to maximize participation. These gifts include innovative packaging customized for each campaign, a 5% discount for the participants on all their purchases from Aisha Jewels for a limited period after the campaign and more.
